We work closely with the Orlando Apple Store and Florida Mall Apple Store and have presented classes on Pro Day at the Apple Store on FileMaker Pro, wireless networking, and other topics. Scheduled Preventative Maintenance & Backups
How often do you perform preventative maintenance or run comprehensive backups on your Macs? We can schedule “Preventative Visits” with the frequency you need, weekly, twice monthly, or monthly. We’ll examine and update your Mac so you can avoid emergencies, crashes, freezes, and data loss as much as possible. Since your time and data is valuable we will work with you on creating and monitoring a backup plan.
Remote Support
In many cases, we can help you via screen sharing, assuming your computer is partially working. We can even install software that will help to prevent problems. If you prefer an onsite visit, we’ll happily come to you!
